I’m assuming the roll center changed. Massive increase in turn in I can use. The rear is probably loose enough I don’t need more exit steering.

well.. after testing last night with the new aluminum parts.. the truck is faster and for sure has more cornering, and more speed through the corner.. and as windellmc said.. the rear end is alot more free than i like.. it will take a little bit of massaging to get it back how i like it..

i did a back to back.. didnt change anything setup wise.. i was faster in overall lap time.. but.. consistency was lower..

i couldnt get on the throttle as early as i could with the stock front end.. however.. the truck was much faster with the aluminum parts on it.

i gained about 0.8 seconds on fast lap.. my consistency went down due to not being used to the huge amount of steering.. i think some changes to the rear end will help in this..

overall.. very happy with the new parts.. on my fast lap with the truck.. it didnt even feel like i was driving that hard.. alot of that is my driving style though.. friend of mine even was suprised with the time i put..

There is a conversion kit for the nitro. Parts and directions in the back of the manual. Has conversion kit part number. I don't know the number of the top of my head

Does anyone think with the new parts coming out that a 2018 version of the truck will be released?

There will not be a 2018 truck as i understand it.

what new parts are you talking about? There are some parts from the 2018 buggy that are compatible, but not much. the shock bladders, the rear wing mount. Thats basically it.

RCAmerica has updated their website, go check it out. you can search any parts by number if you cant find them in the drop down menus.

It also has stock status of parts, so you can be sure they will be shipped to you.

The ones Juraj mentioned on his Facebook page that appear to be for the front end.
