Looking at the setup sheets from the pros. I don't see anything that says droop length? I do see shock over all length, is that the droop setup?

Yes, measuring eyelet to eyelet.

The upper arm angle creates active caster. up in the front is less aggressive initial, down in the front is more aggressive initial steering.. opposite feel with exit steering..

Question for you guys that have had the truggy for awhile . What fix do you guys use on the rear tie rods? I have taken the truck to the track 3 times now and I still haven’t been threw a tank . What have I done wrong? Truck feels good but I haven’t finished a qualifier yet because the tie rod ends pop off . I tried mugen ends and same outcome do I need a new tie rod?

Do you have the updated AE rod ends, or the original parts? I think the Mugen ends have to be used with the Mugen rods to work. Can't use them with the AE rods.

The shoo goo method worked well for me, the other option i tried was getting the Lunsford turnbuckels they seemed to solve the problem while still using the AE rod ends.
Hope this helps.

I use the newer ends with Lunsford rods and have had 0 issues. When I used the older version ends I used CA . Never experienced older rod ends pulling off the Lunsford's, but used it as a precaution.

Notice on some setups 2 axial shims on the front/rear diffs. Are these behind the pinion gear.

Lots of changes. v3 diffs, arms are a touch different, A,B,C,D, blocks, new front upper arms , CVA's .

AE has updated parts along the way without notice. The steering Plate is now solid and un machined so it doesn't bend. The differential gear cases are harder to minimize case wear and notching, some plastics have been updated for more support. The gear boxes/shock tower supports are also reinforced to reduce flex and more consistent mesh.
Evoking1230 and xfbaap like this.

Just wondering, but why no FT carbon towers for the T3?

The much needed item is new arms with less webbing.

Less webbing? As in a more solid arm, or..?
