If i am not mistaken you are starting to contradict yourself... It was just the other day where you stated you could get the same prices as us "Direct Customers" through Amain and Tower. Now you cant? I think you need to slow down and remember what you type.

As a recent TLR driver, I bought everything I have needed so far at the hobby shop for 10th and 8th scale and ended up spending like $40 for a set of 3 drivers, and another $15 for a 3/32 ball end. Problem solved. It definitely wasn't over $75. And considering you are spending multihundreds of dollars on a kit to race toy cars anyway I don't really see the issue.

Sweet!

All this arguing isn't going to make the car metric.

However, I do appreciate your last sentence...because it's true.

Pft, when you type as much as I do, as shallow as I am, you barely remember the post before this one.

Well, once again, non issue to car performance.....

Never heard anyone say...."Dude, my car was just total crap, I tested and tested with zero improvement. Then one day I switched all hardware to metric and BAM! IT WAS HOOKED!!" Cmon fellas.....lets get real.

Also, from what I've seen there is talk of several new plastics and bearing size changes....that sux cuz I got stacks of bearings and plastics that may not fit now....oh well, I'll wait till the new wears off and the price drops 50 or so then maybe my stuff will be worn out and it will be time!

Omg, I started this thread and haven't checked in in a while. I can't believe there is still a discussion of metric vs imperial fasteners. I'm from Canada and we actually use the metric system here. Yes I drive my car at 100 kilometers an hour !!!! What is the difference between a 3mm screw and a 3/16 (yes different sizes). I ran my Losi last year and had no issues regarding hardware. If you are concerned about it convert them over or buy a different car.

Enough about the Hardware please!!!!! Does anyone have info on when the 4.0 might be available or how it drives compared to the 3.0. This is what you guys should focus on.

Sorry, but no.
I think 4.0 gonna fail due to non-Drake TLR and non-metric hardware.
p.s.: there is no Santa, and there is no place for 'inches' and 'pounds' in future world at all.

I'd bet money that Drake was involved in this car. He hasn't been gone that long, he definitely had some say so
