Does anyone have dramas with the screws holding the rear arm inserts in, i keep losing them, they get torn out i think, have glued the insert in, do the screw up tight then loosen it off maybe quarter of a turn from tight, come home after a race night and the two closest to the diff are always missing and sometimes the middle one too. Put new rear arms on before last meet, and only lost 1, but still, lost 1.
Any ideas how to stop this?

Buy a bag of these http://www.mcmaster.com/#91595a114/=x4ykyw from McMaster-Carr. Much cheaper in the long run if you replace pins regularly.

Had both i feel both are really good cars but drove completely different i feel the losi is twitchy in comparison 815 is smother and very stable..815 has more steering to me but is a smoother car. So far i like the hb better outside and losi better inside, had a lot more time on the losi though.

So do you run your bearings with grease or oil. I just replaced my bearings with new avid ones and they seem to have a lot of drag with the grease in them but Im worried they won't hold up well in dusty conditions with just oil...thoughts

Run them like they come until you start to feel them gritty... Then just throw them out and replace.
At 1$ a piece it's not worth the risk of a DNF caused by cleaning and reoiling a bearing that is already dead

Using oil is too much maintenence and the on track difference isn't noticeable.... for me. Yes an oiled bearing is smoother in your hand, especially if compared to a new one that has grease in it. It needs more cleaning and lubing more often.
If I thought I could gain a tenth, I would oil my bearings, but I don't think I can.... I tried it before... with oiled ceramics in an MP9.
Now I run the kit bearings as they come. When they need it, I take the seals off, spray them out, inspect and repack with grease and don't give it another thought.
