I'm fairly certain you just have to trim out for the steering linkage

Does anyone race the Phantom body, from Proline? Just curious, I run stock Mugen on my car, yet am restoring a chassis for a fellow racer, and did not know if the Phantom is a great replacement, and if so how does it affect handling?

i dont like the fantom and found the car carried more corner speed with the factory body. I either run the jconcepts or the stock body. I much prefer the jcon but I warmup with my factory practice bodies.

another contender I really like on high bite tracks is the mbx6r finnisher body. fits the 7r just fine

Appreciate the feedback. I think I will just order up a stock body instead.

I'm ordering the Jconcepts body to try as the stock one cracks too easily. It's cracked right around the head.

I strongly suggest lay down a layer of black gorilla tape and then coat the inside with shoe goo. I'm going on 5 gallons on one stock body with no cracks!

I have never had bodies crack on my Losi with the routine i had. Maybe this was a fluke. Either way I'm getting a new body. Maybe I'll get two Got a few bodies I need to paint for the KO race so why not throw in 2 more.....

I think it is the Phantom body from pro line, doesn't fit worth a crap. Throttle linkages hit, almost everywhere hits something.

The Silencer fits almost as nice as the Mugen stock body.My only complaint is that the rear body clip is a little bit of a pain to get out if you are using the full size body clips.

For the body clips just bend the tips up. I do it for all of mine. Easy as all get out to remove.

Why not just get the bitty design body for the mbx7? I run it and it fits perfect

Try the Lead Finger Racing Assassin body. Durable, Car handles great. You can get away with using the same body all season, it's that durable.

they are durable but for those of us that hate the HORRID designs of those bodies and their stupid swoops the jconcepts body provides much better downforce through their cab design and much better corner stability.

PS: I have every body for the mbx7r and am speaking from personal testing and experience

he already has prepainted bodies from his associated's and didn't want to get new bodies for his newly acquired mugen's
