Out of the box the car is good, no upgrades needed , I do recommend picking up some extra suspension adjustment "pills" as the car only comes with enough to build it

There are a few setups posted on the Nemo USA website , start with the " base " setup listed except run the inside hole on the front caster block opposed to the outside hole.

I've ran the car stock for a year and 4 months. I haven't seen where anything is needed other than some adjustment pills and I would grab the 6-hole, 1.5 pistons. This really helps the car in the rough and simply allows the car to work better. I have a very easy to drive setup that gives good traction and corner speed. Get in touch if you need help.

Should I build the car with the short front links? The base setup on the nemo site still has the long setup?

Is it shorter by going outside on the tower? Or inside on the hub?

Does it? Mine came with the CNC pads.

On that, is 3.5mm the correct spacing between pads? As it seems to be dragging a little with that setting?

If they are dragging, just loosen them a bit. I have never used the measurement...

Also, make sure you aren't use the little rotor guides that attach to bottom of diff holder. Old obsolete parts that I wish weren't even in the kit.
