Thanks for the link, BillyT. Knew of the site, just haven't been there. A little buffering initially for me, but then settled down to watchable. I like the way the position changes are displayed. Ads don't bother me, at least they are r/c related.
Curious, do drivers have to surrender unused fuel at an amnesty point upon leaving the pits? Or does unused fuel carry over to the next practice session? Probably not a big thing either way. The fuel allowance appears adequate anyway.

I never thought I'd see a return of lexan wings to 1/8 buggy. It'll certainly save weight, but how well will it stand-up to crashes and more importantly, to those of us (or most of us?) Who pick our cars up by the rear wing?

Just have to make sure the wing is strong enough to carry the weight of the car when lifting which isn't nearly as bad as the forces it sees when crashing.

Ronnefalk looks like he has been driving on this track for months.
I've never really wathced a guy drive and thought "holy sh*t, that is fast" till I saw the vid Neobuggy posted of him... and that was directly after watching Ty, Bloomer and RM... the kid is other level. Still taking some conservative lines, too. Bloomfield also taking some really conservative lines(singling double after straight), and still getting into the 37s...
IMO... if DRs car stays together and running, it's going to be a race for second, or "vice champion", as it were![Wink](https://www.rctech.net/forum/classic_images/smilies/wink.gif)
All that said, still sooooooo many days left of just practice.
