All I know is Hara is smooth and pure gold on the track. I watch playback of races and constantly see others pile up from the faintest of issues. Hara wheels those mofo like no one else.

I think it would be awesome to see him sign with JQ even if just for a lil bit. We ca find out what type ofcar the JQ is or is not.

Some time back they had two guys on here, pretending not to know eachother, asking eachother questions on JQ The Car, then answering eachothers questions, and these are two guys that in reality pit for eachother and are very good friends, which if they had questions for eachother they could ask eachother on the phone, facebook, skype or face to face in person..

I'm only wondering if JQ instructs people to go on here and do it, or if the Koolaid is just so strong and powerful that it compells them to do it out of their own free will? I'm leaning towards them being instructed or encouraged to do it.

We have never done any lame marketing tricks like you are suggesting. Also the video interview of Hara is no advert. I asked for his honest opinion before I interviewed him and that's what I got. If you actually watch and listen to the video you will see that he explains the good and the bad.

Whatever the strategy behind it it still beats the big chassis companies who only care about your money and don't give a crap about their products. Corporate America has become so greedy and corrupt I almost wish I didn't live here.

For ads/promo, don't see anything wrong as that's JQ's coined reference ("The") - just gets long in the tooth when reading fanboy's posts still using "THE" references in front of things esp on facebook, 'that' was so two years ago

And someone got all giddy that it was an MP9...so when he "chose" a JQ what does that say? Proves two things...it is either preferance or he was compensated quite well. I'm betting on the latter.

I feel however that Hara is past his prime and will not be winning any more major races. That is by no means disrepect for the man but the younger guys are going so fast right now and without the benefit of a big team (proven to make A mains at the highest level of competition) and a data base of set ups to dial in the car. I feel he will struggle.

Coming from HB he would have had a competetive Touring Car, 1/10 4WD Buggy, 1/8 Buggy/Truggy to run - same with Kyosho.

With JQ he gets "the" Car - So lets see what he runs in classes that JQ does not produce a car for - that will probably be his real "preference"
