Im running the same pack. I pull it out after every race, install it when I get to the track in the morning. Its a great pack that's lasts me about 80-90 minutes of use...

I was just liking the way the box was modded to where you don't have to remove the throttle linkage for easier access. But I don't think I will be doing it. Just innovative...

I never had to remove the throttle linkage. I just unscrew and slide the top toward the tri-horn and it pops right out.

I haven't seemed to have much trouble with the cover either but I'm all about making things the way you want them. I picked up a Hitec 5955 for the steering. Has anyone had much experience with the protek servos. I've been considering some for a different application. On paper they seem awesome and the price seems right I just haven't seen any at the track.

My 150T for steering is going on its second season ( new in March last year). Just went from LiFe to LiPo power in October and I was able to see the difference, maybe not "feeling" it on the track. But so far so good. No complaints about anything....

Thanks, I will probably pick up a 130t for a sct410. Seems like it's definitely worth a shot at there price range

Hi, I'm not getting full left steering. Endpoints adjusted, turnbuckles adjusted, toe set.. Almost as if the steering post without the servo saver is rotated out of sync.
If I adjust the turnbuckle to compensate, it throws the toe out.
Any help appreciated, see pics.

how many ounces of torque does your servo puts out ? you need a minimum of 250 to 350 ozs to drive that front steering , the more the better one more thing check your servo horn sometimes they strip i had that happen to me .

Thanks for the feedback.
I have a Hitec 7995 333 oz.
The servo saver was loose, I will put it back together & clean it, then post a vid to get opinions.

Thanks a ton eh...

Anyone know where I can get a brass flywheel collet for the Losi 8ight 3.0, 4 shoe clutch? Can't buy them separately, have to buy set, and it is way too expensive, or an alternative collet that works?
