Check if the previous owners didn't flip the ackerman plate. The position I prefer is the ackerman plate in normal postion and the most foward hole on the 3 hole ackerman and the 2nd foward hole on the 4 hole plate.

The further you move the steering links back on the plate, the more responsive the steering gets.

One question though. If I run the toe pill in the up position, what happens to the kick up?

Then you'll remove 1° of anti squat (and a higher rollcenter)

Is this the same Jason that runs at Lost Creek? I remember hearing that name when I used to live up North.
I have a reds r5t te2 and the corner of the case comes pre-notched!

Any of you running the nitro and the ebuggy? If so how far left or differant is your ebuggy setup to your nitro setup? I am just running the ebuggy for now, comparing setups and if they are about they same. thanks!

I do. The way the cars react to changes are pretty equal. Other than the shocks, If I change one I will likely change the other. The ECO weight does alter the characteristics, but changes seem to fit both well. Shocks on the other hand... different springs, oil, pistons.

Mine are totally different. If I move one setup to the other, it just doesn't work for me.

I raced it for the first time today and did way better than I expected, but I still want more steering. Here is my current setup. Not a 100% sure on the pistons...

M2c 8 x 1.2 tapers ^
Front
45 AE oil
9.5 or 9.25 Front spring
2.3 Bar

Rear
40 AE oil
10.5 or 10.75 Spring
2.7R

That will get you in the ball park

Mine is damn near identical. Except I use a 2.1 sway bar on front and 40f/35r ae oils. It's tough finding traction at our track

Where is a good place to find Mugen setup sheets? We just switched from Losi to Mugen and would like to see some of the US Drivers setup sheets.

My best advice would be to build the car with the mspec setup and go from there..... Google mbx7 setup sheets
