No, Fioroni is not having any production problems, even though I did not receive as many as I had ordered this last time. I'll take the blame for these pistons being out of stock for as long as they were prior to this last shipment.

Next shipment will likely come mid May. I try to get a shipment in every 4-6 weeks. Just about all the dealers that got them last week already have more on backorder, so please contact them and get yours reserved.

That first number would be 9/16"

The industry standard number would be a 2-013 buna oring. I sized it up on our O-ring sizing tool at work. That is the closest standard size there is to the O-ring they use. However the one on the pistons seems to be a slightly different size and that could be because of the tolerances in the cord stock from whoever makes them for fioroni. We do have tolerance cord which will come slightly undersized or slightly oversized for custom applications on machines where they pull a vacuum and they need to be really precise however it is rather expensive so I would say the best bet is to go with this size O-ring. A place like fastenal probably sells them for $5.00 per 100.

Has anyone tried these in the losi 2.0?

Have fitted them after I had to drill out mounting hole to 3mm as the mounting hole in piston was 2.5mm and the shock shaft is 2.85mm roughly.

Was no problem though. Going to try losi 35wt front/sliver springs and losi 22.5wt rear/green springs and see how it goes. Usually I run 40wt/54pistons front and 25wt/56pistons rear.

Hopefully I can test this weekend, but rain is forecast though. Bloody rain can go away!

Tell me about it, it's been raining every weekend since I've built the MP9 and put in a brand new OS Speed. It's still on the work bench - brand new.

Just built up a set of TKI2 shocks with the fioroni pistons and not one shock rebound after tightening the caps down. They are completely dead. Is this normal? Or are they actually supposed to rebound like they would with stock pistons?

FWIW the shocks did feel super smooth in hand when I put the springs/retainers on.

It should work in the same way the standard piston works in setting rebound. Maybe you set it without rebound.

Are you using the 16mm for the XB9 shocks?
