ATMHOBBY,

You might want to spin your rod ends on your steering link 180 degrees. Otherwise your wheels/tires could rub at full lock.

Pretty looking setup by the way!

thanks for the advice....should i rotate the links 180 toward the knuckle or toward the spring?

I have had to take out my radio tray a few times, and I notice the screws are not as snug as it used to be. Do you guys have any tricks to keep a good bite when screwing into plastic. I do not overtighten, but maybe I could put a drop of CA glue in before I put screws in. Does this work?

Followed your advice today with the screws holding the pads. It worked well.
Thanks.

If you're using short screws, you can try a longer screw..just stick a hex wrench in the hole to see how deep it goes, and mark the shaft, then you know how long of a screw you can use. Another option is get the Buku thread locker, it's supposed to work on plastic and metal..I haven't tried it myself, but if it's anything like their other BuKu line, it'll be fantastic.

Nice looking truck. Good job on the paint.
I'm curious to see how long your antenna last sticking out of there. Most racers just heat the tube up and bend it over so it stays under the body.

Your going to love the Bonito. I run the CRE Bonito and it's really nice smooth engine. Super easy to tune also when you listen to Neals advice

I have 2 buku clutches here I'm installing in my Serpents tomorrow. Can't wait to give them a try.

I've stripped out some plastic on my 811T...lower shock mount set screws in arm and the side guards. Simply took a drop of CA and that fixed the issue. Don't over do it, a small drop is all I needed.

For the lower shock mount set screws, I also went to the longer set screw which helped immensely. 5mm long in front and 6mm in rear.

i have been using all kinds. But they are always puffing on me. I barely run nitro because the nitro track out here is on the fence of closing down or not. I have had around 3 lipos go bad on me so far. i don't know what's going on. they are stored around 3.8v per cell. all different brands.

my local shop doesn't really carry hump backs. It's easier to get stick packs. that's why i am asking for any mods you guys are doing.
