I just wish the 7955 was a touch quicker.
I'd guess it'll perform well in a truggy app where ultimate speed probably isn't totally required. Seems to be the defacto std right now.
The 7945 looks like it would be the ideal middle ground but still not seeing it on shelves anywhere and I need a servo immediately. Big races coming and nothing in the truck right now....

im running, the hitec 7954 sh servo for my steering on my truggy and it has a lot of torque and it wasy only $95.00
but i am having a problem with the centering now though.
and its coreless and diginal .

With the power of now a day engines you can never have to much torque..there both good...just 7950's center better..IMO

well yea, but it does depend on what kind kind of engine you run.
i mean i run a hobby 9 (s5) which is a sport engine and i ran a 3 port last year in my buggy and i used a 130 oz steering servo it turned fine.
