). I wouldn't put a jammin on my list. Honestly, I wouldn't put an Odonnell on my list either. They look purdy, but from what I have seen they aren't a very competitive ride. I know I will take a bunch of flack for that, but I just tell it how I see it. I know two guys that got pretty sizable deals with Odnonell, that they dropped because the car wasn't competitive. My top 3 would be Losi, Mugen and HB. In any order. AE makes a nice buggy too. I would stick to those 4.

Good selection.
i like losi and all but i hate the freakin front end push on them and dont like how the parts wear so quick.
if i didnt have to worry about money i would get:
Odonnell (the new SG that suposed to be out in a few weeks)
Mugen
HotBodies (and i run them now)
Xray
Associated
Kyosho MP9
Serpent
Tamiya
Losi
in that order.

O'Donnell SG will be top...option team version is already as good
as the mbx6 or kyosho MP9
I drive the option and that buggy is dialed now
assembly is awsum also with those 4mm screws all around,
no stress about screws that can fail , jummy..
and parts are dirt cheap..what to want more..

I am not joking.. I know for fact, this thing is dialed..
look at the result above, if someone who can drive, uses it, it is as good,
and when an average guy drives it, it feels quickly dialed for him too
and it's best of all in the mecanics point of view

Now comes with 17mm shocks with bullet proof 4mm shock shafts and free set of prolines! Anyone who gets one beware and make certain it is the newest version 2.0 with 4mm chassis and 17mm shocks

go for Losi 2.0, it just drives sooo good, but like every car, it's not for everyone so drive them ALL first to see what you like, then think about setup/parts support at your local track and buy something that fits YOU and your driving style................it may mean changing cars 3x in a month to find what you really like, you wont know until you have tried them all

i was a card swipe away from getting a oddonnel. Glad thier internet was down
but less then 300$ for a two in one kit is hard to ignore. And the buggy seems do win and do fine at our local track.

I have the Losi cars and recently purchased the Hudy 3mm drive pin replacement tool and Mugen pins. I have saved a bunch of money and have 2 full sets of centre shafts for both buggy and truggy sitting in the package. I could sell them and pay for the Hudy pin tool.
Other than that, bearings get dirty and gritty as with anything else. Most of what you hear about the Losi wearing out is BS. And yes it's "sloppy," but it doesn't detract from it at all.
But it's over $450.
