I was just joking. I have no idea why the wing has cutouts on the fins. Maybe they tested it and found it to be more airodynamic.

I know vega cuts his to increase steering, take downforce off the rear.

yes, it is a high downforce wing. Many pro's use the old flat style wings, so I would assume it takes away downforce for more steering and less drag.

It is a red Georgia type clay. Hopefully it does not have too much sand in it so it will groove up good. But pure clay is Very expensive here in FL because the whole state is a sand island.

If it does not blow out it will be a perfect test track because it won't change due to the weather or rain.

The steering thing makes sense. Was thinking it might also help with cross winds, to not push the rear end around when perpendicular to the wind.

Just built a set of shocks to test in the morning. They feel awesome on the bench!

Front- 1.2x 10 hole, stock grey spring, 40wt. Foam behind the bladder, 1/4 rebound.

Rear- 1.1x 10 hole, medium white, blue dot Agama spring, 30wt. Foam behind the blatter, 1/4 rebound.
