I finally figured it out, it is going through the front bearing and then pools inside the flywheel, then seeps through the 4 holes in flywheel, which the spring holder screws go through.
This causes my engine to poorly perform as it spins the shoes around and doesnt grip the bell correctly. I saw a real lot of oil all through the clutch.
I have just started putting a DOB of high temp silicon inside the holes to seal it, Not tried it yet, but I think will be good.
Just letting y'all know in case it affects you too
What about using less after run oil and checking the bearing and low speed needle tune? It just doesn't sound right to have that much oil coming out the front bearing.

If you have that amount of oil leaking through, then the front motor bearing needs to be replaced. I put after-run in all the motors, and have never had that problem before. Just check your front bearing, and maybe replace it as a precaution. imo!

In terms of racing rc cars, I have been doing that for 15 odd years now, and always wanted Serpent to make a buggy! Every car I have raced has been a Serpent, from way back when they were 2wd 1/8th cars. I have looked at every buggy around, ran the Storm Pro, Kyosho MP777, and then started looking at the MP9, Mugen, etc., etc.! I then had a look at the 811 and that's the way we went! My son races, and he is young and really hard on the car! It is stock except for a few oil adjustments, and NOTHING has broken on this bullet! I have a pending order for a few bits, but they are tuning items, sway-bars, springs, blocks etc! No other hop-ups at present! This thing out of the box is bulletproof, handles like nothing else I have seen both on the ground and in the air! It takes patience to build it, so take your time, the end result is going to be a buggy that will make you look a lot better than you are! Just a few cents from and old timer!

Seriously, take that 100 bucks for the aluminum hubs and invest it in the other tuning options or just save it, the stock ones are fine. Another thing is the wear on the driveline with this car, its phenominal.

Yeah the stock hubs are good. I have them stockers and the aluminum ones. Ran both and can't tell a difference. Good bearings are more important. Also like said the stock driveline is bulletproof.

Nice, but it looks like the servo is quite a bit higher than the original position. I don't need to have access to my throttle servo enough to warrant the raising of the cars CG.

Nope you are right. You don't need them. Some of the stuff is just a little tougher. They won't run any better. I would buy the base kit. run it for a little while and replace after you get a good feel for things you need.
