It would be nice if quick change engine mounts were standard on all kits.

Every kit should come with a set of Sumo Racing skid plates and Impulse R/C clutch shoes!

All race kits should come with different springs and sway bars.

To dial your ride into the track you race on.

Lets face it what testing they do in the R&D before put in production would be nothing like the track that most people race on. Australia tracks are different to the U.S and nothing like the tracks in Europe.

Oh decent tires not rubbish would be good and ALL kits should at least have Rims and tires.

I guess i feel lucky that my new Hyper 9 comes with a pipe and header..
Rubbish tires NON U.S Spec at least.

a factory painted body would be nice

pre-glued tires

discount coupons for further purchases is an AWESOME idea

a pamphlet with all the available option parts for that vehicle...I don't know how many hours i have spent going through website after website searching for certain option parts for vehicles. That might not be very realistic though seeing as how everybody and their brother makes aftermarket parts now.

sorry, but I hate it when kits come with preglued tires...they're never going to be the right ones.

My $.02, include wheels and tires (tires a plus), but don't glue them up.

+1 preglued tires never seem to stick for me. they should include a bottle of glue though. I too would like to see plastic skid plates standard.

I would rather see them lower the kit costs and do not include wheels or tires. I have never used the tires that come in a kit, I usually buy new tires/wheels when I buy a new ride and put the kit stuff on eBay.
As for the springs and say bars, I guess that would be ok.
How about a contingency program like Honda/Suzuki/Kawaski/Yamaha do for mx bikes. You know, cash for doing well at larger races for the first year of ownership of your ride.

some kits do but i think every kit should come with servo horns, it really makes me mad they cant design servo horns to come with the kit. And really does anyone use the L allen wrenches? As hard as the plastic is in some kit the wrenches would strip in a couple of screws, include a cheap couple of drivers. I think mugen has made a stride in the right direction including up grade wraps for the body now

The profit margin on a bike is way more than the profit margin on a RC car..so i dont think that would ever happen..

I thought about that after I posted. The car would be in the ditch. If you ever see me posting a free car on here, you will know I got the chick!
