Yea, OS makes the pipe foe Mugen, but for most of us, we are not pros, that can actually tell that much of a difference between the pipes.

While they do feel similar, it's very easy to feel the difference between the two pipes. The real 2060 is smoother and gets better fuel mileage. The RE10 is a good substitute if you can't afford the 2060, but the 2060 is still THE pipe for OS engines.;)

Probably so, the OS engines have so much power, most club racers, can't use that much power anyway, the diference in price you could almost buy another set of tires, or 2 gallons of fuel.

Why not buy both. This hobby is not cheap. Go big or go home.

Been there and done it! After having so much of one of these and one of those, you wind up broke, with a bunch of RC sh*t, it's not worth a quarter of what you paid for it, and nobody needs one, I guess thats what this hobby is all about.lol

+1 buy, what you can afford most of us are club racers so do we need a $100 pipe and exhaust not really. |

Indeed. There's no two ways about it. If you want to compete you MUST have a high quality muffler bearing.:D:smile:

Don't forget to top off the servo fluids and chassis oil!

I've got a comp heater. Not too impressed with it. Kinda disappointed that I paid $100 for it. It works alright, but nothing spectacular to me. For half the price, I'd be happy. I won't complain too much though because it does work. Maybe I will be more impressed with it when it starts getting cold outside here.
Its the Cats As* when the cold weather rolls around...slap it on a couple races prior to yours and you'll be nice and toasty by the time your race is up. I race in MN in the WOR(winter offroad) series and its a Big ol Dome with no heat....the Comp heater made my life So much easier im shocked guys have a problem paying what they ARE worth. |
