Another weird thing, was tightning the set screw on a Losi pipe R11 and the whole front part just popped out !!!!!?????? WTF??????? Yes, I spoke with Bill again and he's sending me a new pipe, but what's the deal people???? I do love the product support, but I would prefer not have to deal with these things.....

Brand new pipe, the front part is not welded on, just pressure fitted.......

Is it possible that just yours was not welded? Seems to me that it would need to be welded.:confused:

I know that for sure mine is not pressure fitted.

Yeah I wouldn't think that would hold up at all. They can't just be pressure fitted.:nod:

I don't know I took a closer look and there is no sign of it being welded....

I actually used JB weld on it right now, didn't think of taking pictures.....:(

That's really odd. There's no way it would withstand anything if was just pressure fitted. Get in contact with losi/horizon. They have great service.

Hmmm... not sure. I should have mine in hand in a couple of days and will be able to get a better idea. Possible welded internally? It seems to me it would have to be welded. Possibly yours missed the welding process?:confused:
