Do you have a link to those aftermarket shock towers? I was thinking of getting the extreme carbon fiber ones but interested in seeing the Exedy ones.
http://www.integy.com/st_prod.html?p...64&p_catid=113 if any are still interested. I thought them interesting due to the multiple shock mounting options over the factory towers. That was my mistake. the company name was Integy, not Exedy.:weird: Applogies --Glenn |

I just started converting all the screws on the SC8 to stainless with the RC Screwz kit and I don't find it to be complete at all. Anyone else have any experience with this ?

Are you guys still racing these or what? ;) This thread is dead!
I just picked up a Red Bull truck. I haven't had a chance to break her in, but tonight might be the night. I'm very impressed with the quality of this thing, with a few minor exceptions. Out of the box, the graphics were peeling at their edges, so I re-cut their outlines with an xacto. I also bypassed the on/off switch on the truck because it would not stay in the "on" position; a slight bump would turn it off. I do have a question; I plan to use a bump start box with the truck, has anyone had issues lining up the bump wheel to the flywheel? I'm using an Ofna chrome top startbox and it appears that the bump wheel will not fit through the hole in the chassis. Thanks in advance, Scott |
