jkas10- No plans for a conversion kit. There are so many parts that are different.

Karnao- You should be ready to hit the track. You just need to be a little conservative on the high speed needle, but the low speed needle should be crisp. The temp depends on the track and outside temp, but between 170-190.

Jimmy Pierce- Hope to see you at Rev soon.

Have a great weekend everyone!

Adam,

With the SC8 out now, do you think losi will consider making a version of one if sales appear to be strong?

Hey Adam,

If the new diff cups are a complete new design, then what actually makes them last longer?
Have they changed the material that they are made out of?

I never thought that the design was bad on the old ones. To me it was simply that the plastic was to soft which allowed the spider pins to wear the plastic and rotate

Thanks

Tix,

The new diff cups are made from different material, and also redesigned. I have 5+ gallons on my center diff and it still looks good!

I will know once I finish cleaning and putting the 1.0 back together for an equal comparison. I checked before I cleaned it, there was 2.2oz. difference. The engine mount was still in the car and the adjustable front hinge pin brace was still on.

Hey Adam,

I still am having issue with my GRP.. I have switched from Matrix fuel to Nitrothane, it feels little fatter set, but the temp runs 245... I am not sure what to do???

Would you like to help me out at revelation raceway somehow? or at JBRL round 8?

Humm its a nice weight drop then, but nothing to get really excited about. When you say you have to clean the 8ight and recheck do you think we're going to find another 2oz's ?

If anyone can post me the bare weight on the 8ight 2.0 plz(no motor/pipe , servo's, electrics, wheels or shell that'd also be very interesting. basicly new without wheels or shell on).

Thanks for your reply Dietz
