Nitrohouse appears to have some more conversions in stock. I ordered mine this morning and they shipped it same day. Can't wait to get it.

This seems to be turning into the official x2 thread. I love how we get the most ambiguous thread names.....from 'Jammin X1 - so close yet so far' to 'Jammin X2-CR ?? (buggy?)'.

Cant understand why they have not changed the fuel tank as the one on the x2 truggy is far better than the standard one..... so how are you all finding the x2 buggy are the carbon fiber shock towers holding up????

My carbon towers are holding up fine, due to our last race meeting for the year being a fun day, i gave my X2 a fair work out and not a broken part, just the rear drive shaft rubbing on the V-Spec block(must read this thread more carefully in future)

To try and redesign the tank in the buggy would have only equalled more time delay in the release of the upgraded buggy .Yes the new X2 truggy tank is great ,but the truggy also has the room allow a revised tank .I think the buggy is a little tight already ,thus a narrower tank would have raised the body level and changed the whole look of the car . Personally i like them to focus on the item's that are going to help the car perform .The focus now being weight and overall handling .If you liked the old car just a little bit ? You will love the new car, with the dependability to finish race's on a competitive level .I previously ran the mbx5r and liked the car but broke alway's at the wrong time . I have since then had great results with the x1x and never felt at a disadvatage with the jammin. I have won races with broken front arm's that would have put me out with the mbx5r and not even noticed . You never know maybe the tank will be revised but just down the road !!!!!! The towers on my car are holding up great ,you must back the shock mount screws up and the rear camber link .If your not super worried about weight you can always use the old towers and use the carbon one's on big race day's . I run all aluminum screw's in my radio tray , various nut's and bulkhead's ,to save some extra weight

distributors received them this week and shops should have them in a few days but unfortunately like any new car release.....the numbers are limited.

I have only been able to make two 5 minute runs on my X2 CR due to engine problems, but the buggy feels amazing!!! Lots of traction on and off gas, nice turning and cornering...didn't try too much jumping yet!!

With 5-5-2 diffs it even did a wheely as I started the straight (that's when my motor blew the gasket!! ha ha ha!!)

My set up is very similar to the ones posted here, except I'm still using the silver springs and 50 /40 oils. I see most of you are using blue (hard??) and 37.5 front and white (soft??) with 27.5 rear. Why the different springs?? Why the thin oils?? Would your set up work in a tight -twisty track or is it just good for open+big jump tracks??

Greetings from Spain!!

harder spring in the front and softer in the rear because the weight has been moved forward.

Thats good they make conversion kits, i think they heard alot people have the x1x and don't want to sell them yet. So they found a source. Made a conversion kit. Thats really nice of team jammin, props to you!

As for losi, alot a people are hoping that they will make one for the original 8ight. I don't need one cause i got the 2.0.

Another comment on the X2 buggy, why are they selling them so high? Like kyosho, they must got alot of buyers on the mp9, jammin found out and made it high price cause they will get buyers. Crazy merchants, lol

I AM HAVING TROUBLE KEEPING THE REAR END PLANTED? It seems no matter what I try it is super twitchy, I have ran a 3.25 rear toe plate, and a 2.5, I have tried 5-5-2, 5-5-3 and 5-7-3 front, center an rear diff oils, all kinds of tires, it just seems to be really twitchy, It jumps awesome, and accelerates better, I just cannot get a handle on the rear end, any advise?
