I am hopeing that they will release a new buggy soon, as i wish to retire my current X1,but may have to look at switching brands which i would rather not do.

Cheers
Scott

I really don't understand people. you get people that complain about companies like xray that come out with something new every six months and then you have people that want to jump ship because a company doesn't come out with something new.

The RC10GT was relivlity the same for 10 years or longer with just getting teaks along the way and will go down as the undeafted ROAR champion and the Kyosho V-One rrr has been the same way with tweaks for many years. If you just to make a tweak here and a tweak there why come out with something better. Kyosho buggy is the same way how many years was it almost the exact same and still won race after race. Soemtimes when things work they work. Why try to out think something that already is competitive I like the fact that a teak here and tweak there to make things better where i can race a chassis for more than one season knowing that parts will be the same and if I by a new roller i still can use the parts I already have.

IF you want to by a new car all the time than go get a Xray or a Mugen and spend $600 every spring to upgrade to the latest and greatest. If your a good enough driver where you think you need to do that more power to ya.

Guys I nreally dont think one can much improve on an already excellent buggy. You can read all the posts and people just dont talk about the X1 CR much. Its because the buggy delivers the goods.
It hasnt any major issues. Infact all the issues has been resoplved . Its a machine that is reliable, easy to setup and just doesnt break easy.
In the hands of any top driver it takes titles.
What more do you guys want. If the X2 is released it will most probably be an X1 with more hopups.

I have tried so many new cars and none, I repeat none of them offers the package of the X1.
The X1 just handles like a dream.
You can use the same setup on all tracks and be victorious.
No in my book this is a good car. I have been racing mine for 4 years and cannot fault it.

I mean even Kyosho MP777 SP2 Worlds winner, why change a winning car. The MP9 has minor changes, same concept.

My X1 has all the hopups and just loves track times.

No new Buggy in the works.. Might be some running changes with the new X-2 center diff?

Not saying that you need it. But if you would want a different set up to try i feel we have a very good one for large tracks..Pm me if your interested

My buggy is an X1.5 I lightened the rolling chassis by 5oz, keeping up with the current trend of weight reduction. I am a hair under the weight of a stock 8ight. My car is amazing and balanced to drive

yea this buggy is excellent no need for changes...but i don't see much in the new buggy when it does drop it'll probably follow along the lines of x2 most parts from x1 but will be lighter...and use plastic chassis braces...no need for it though
