Really? Whats to be made about? Actually after I posted about it I thought to myself that he could be using the wrong size hinge pins. But since you first mentioned it do you want a cookie?

It was all good until the troll thing... Typical saying that you knew what the problem was. What's to be made about? I can post when and where I want so if you don't like it just because I don't run a kyosho then block me.. Oatmeal raisin please..Problem solved!

There is a little washer that goes on the hinge pin that you might not have but it seems like that hinge pin isnt the right size like its to short. That pin should sit further in the block that where it looks like it broke out. Also is the front block metal to? Check and make sure the front block isnt cracked or something allowing it to pop out.Just my .02

This is exactly why I've said before start with Codys Worlds 2010 setup, drive it for more than one weekend or event, then comment on what it does or doesn't do to suit you. I've been running this car for 3yrs on a myriad of tracks/surfaces and that base setup will get you in the ballpark faster than anything else. I also rarely, if ever, run the 16deg caster blocks. I'm guessing you had no or very little off power steering, which is a typical cause of adding more caster (more caster increases on power steering at the expense of off power steering, amongst other things). Kit plastic caster blocks are 13deg or you can get the 13deg aluminum caster blocks for a more positive steering feel over the kit plastic.

The kit caster blocks provide plenty of steering. Even when I add a degree of caster with the hub bushings, I still have a ton of off power steering.
I assume that you tried raising the front hub bushing to reduce caster? Make chassis adjustments front and rear?

I recently built a new TKI3 kit for my kid using Codys Worlds 2010 setup and we have run it on 3 completely different style tracks thus far without making any setup changes and the car performed flawlessly on every track.
