I love the Uni's. You don't have cvd cross pin to put through the joint. It's done for you. They are also HD metal....stronger.

Am I crazy??

So I'm bored... Looking at my two left a arms and two broke right a arms so and idea popped up! Take the left arm and lightly shave all the clearance areas and use it on the right... Is this going to work for now??? Just to get me going until I can get some more spares? No binding at all and got the right amount of droop etc!

Hi guys, I just purchased myself an Inferno TKi3 for myself as a christmas present. Im not currently racing but may consider it down the track once i get used to driving this beast.
I'm going to use an o.s 21xzb with o.s 2060 pipe. I bought some aka cityblock and proline badland tyres to try. I'll also try 40/35 shock oil.
Is there any items that are highly recommended to add during the build? If i build the kit out of the box, will it be stable and easy to drive or does it take a lot of adjustments/mods to make this happen?

I have previosly owned a 7.5 and 777 sp2. o i wanted to stick with kyosho as i have loved their quality.

Thanks in advance

Just in case.... These are about 5mm longer than mp9 arms-For tech or handling purposes. I believe they were also wider from A to B plate by quite a bit. Did Aigion just shave them down to fit?

+1

With the addition of these two items houston mentioned...
KYOIF347-138 and KYOIF346-03

You will essentially be running the same buggy that Cody King won the IFMAR World Championships with.... straight outta the box.

Thanks guys, I noticed there are a few different shock bladders! I ordered KYOIF346-09
what shock pistons does the kit come with? Do i need to order two of KYOIF347-138???

Also, what starter box will work with this model?

The bladders you didn't need to order, the pistons you do.

The 346-09 bladders seem to make the car better, less deadband in the shock action.

I use the Kyosho multi starter 2.0 box, cheap and works well.

I would have to assume it is from the outer mounting points; that - at a minimum - "may" change the shock geometry badly.

Who's is that one on the pic? He's running cvd's
