Are there any reasons why the TQ shocks won't work well on an XRAY buggy?

The shocks could work on the Xray car if needed.

Excellent! In their stock form, or would I need to make any alterations?

You would have to get the shocks and measure the length against your stock shock too see.

Thanks

I wanted to let everyone know that I have very pleased with TQ racing. For all those out there that are thinking about switching or starting with a new car, TQ has top notch people that are very helpful.

I should be getting the car and fuel in a few days and can't wait to build it and start turning some hot laps. I have had a few local guys call me about the car and are very interested to see what its all about. Will let very know what I think about the car once I get some R&D done.

Thanks again to the TQ team and look forward to 09.

Here's a good starting setup for CRCRC..or any indoor high-bit track
Front:40wt(AE)Ofna blue springs,27mm ride height,longest chamber link,upper arms up,6 kick-up,19 caster,front arms 4mm forward,middle hole tower,inside hole on arm,stock sway-bar.

Rear30wt(AE)Ofna blue springs,28mm ride height,chamber link inside lower hole tower,upper inside hole hub,hubs centered,shocks upper middle hole tower,inside hole on arm,stock sway-bar,3toe,3quat,

Diffs front 5000,center 7000,rear 1000.
notes:i think i needed to go up to 3000 in the rear and 35wt oil with white springs,Also move the chamber link up one hole on tower.I could have used a bit more steering so I'm also going to try 5 kick-up.If i have forgotten anything just chime in...

Rob
I haven't had the chance to run the car sense the last time we had talked,The car was not loose,it had a ton of traction.I just thought it kinda diffed out some times..With all of the other changes I'm planing on doing it just mite be a good idea to go up to 2000 or 3000...

Curt,

I have not got to run the car yet, but on the k car I would run the shortest front camber link to get more steering and maybe take away some rear toe, maybe 2-2.5.not sure just trying to give some ideas. later
