That DS8711 is a beast, my friend's JR 8711 kept bending his servo arm until he set his EPA's right lol. Newb's with too powerful servo's=broken parts. I run the 9000T in my 8T and it's working great. 300 oz is plenty.. BTW make sure you get decent servo arms as the stock JR one's are pathetic for a 300-400 oz servo. My hitec's at least came with heavy duty plastic ones that were usable

That's right hehehe..... if my hitec 5955TG is a King Kong, ..... my new DS 8711 is a Godzilla ( take a look at his leg )

I guess what i meant to say was that i am on my 2nd engine I broke the stok motor trying to roto strat it for an 1/2 hour stright and fried the center bearing so i got a nova rossi p5 used. it was a good motor but it was pretty worn out the pinch was gone so i took a hammer to the thing and now its DEAD!!! So i got a brand new losi motor out of the losi8 and im still breaking it in but so far im likeing it.

you can go with many different truggies and do well. i think for the most part (from what i have seen) i would go either mugen mbx5t, jammin or the losi.

I agree on the Italian motors, Radical and IRC Racing have the best engines out there....IMO.
Have a web site or pics of the truggy?
