And to answer the rumour...OCM is not made by caster.lol...

That is a dead horse that has been answered many many times. Two factories in two complete different places.

If you are just and employee how can you sale product you don't own. If you are just an employee does OCM not own the product. You are selling product that you do not own. Good luck when the cops show up to your casa. If you work for a store and are unhappy with your paycheck you cant just go in and take what you want. Just my 2 cents that no one asked for.

I just think this is all entertaining. I say both parties are equally at fault.

Man do you like to cause trouble! If i was in his situation and it is true what they did to him you better believe I would do the same thing. He might even own that stuff he is selling and put the money up front for it but not for everything he has so it might be his and you are accusing someone for something you again know nothing about. Are you interested at all if OCM stays in the US? Do you plan on running OCM if they do? Do you want anything to do with OCM? If the answers are no then just stop posting here and causing trouble. Everybody just ignore this guy from now on and maybe he will disappear.

Let me be clear so if you had an employee who you terminated and had not gotten his final pay to him he has the right to take your products and sale them.
I know there is another side to the story (This was based of of OCM's Side)

If Alans side is true I think he should of waited and handled the situation not on a public forum. Once you place something on the Net it is fair game.

since the cars introduction into the US market how many times has OCM switched and or changed who handles them in the US? If you are trying to make it in the US market one would think having a steady known source would only help customer and potential customer confidence....and when they do change it seems it takes weeks or at least days for the "plan" that they aren't leaving US soil to come out..... that is what kept me from trying one to begin with. you can always tell when something is up too because the prices fall at the major online shops that carry them. takes more than a year to make your mark in the market.....that is just how i see it as a potential customer

OK first let me say I'm not trying to start or finish anything with what I'm about to type.. If Mr. Burton does own the OCM products he is trying to sell then great, however if he is just in possession of these items and they are sold without consent of OCM then those who purchase those item will have recieved stolen proporty. On the same side of that Mr. Burton would also have commited larceny unless proper payment was made to OCM in reguards to the items in question.. I personally do not care how this all came to pass also I do not intend to pass blame on either Mr. Burton or OCM. There are many different ways to handle this situation that are not in the public forums or neobuggy.net that goes for both OCM and Mr. Burton. I'm not going to get into what those ways are period.. I also need to add that I do not represent OCM or any of its affiliates. I have just been reading this and felt I needed to say what was on my mind. I may not know the whole story but there is enough information that has been put on this forum and neobuggy.net for me to make the statments that I have made..
