I like how you put the springs there, lol. I just ordered my Big Bores too. I was on Carolina's page and they had the rears for 54.95! thats about 20 bucks cheapers then anyone else.

yup, I got them from there as well, but I had to get the lime green springs from DeltaRC as they were BO'd everywhere else

I got my springs from DeltaRc too, lol. Should be here Thursday or Friday. I have a big race in Duluth this weekend. I cant wait to try them out. Looks like the weather is turning to crap though.....

I just got my big bores and front unis today, Kyosho cnc HC knuckles should be here tomorrow. I was wondering what to do for my big bores as far as wt's as well, I think im just gonna try 700f/400r with lime green springs and see how that works

I heard run the same set-up with 700 up front and 350 in the rear. I heard they where standing the rear shock up more for more forward bite.

Big Bore Shock Set-up

Front

5000 diff oil
BIG BORE SHOCKS
shock oil: Kyosho 600
white 6x1.3 pistons
fluor green springs
shock positions: middle hole in tower/inside on arm
22* caster block/camber link inside hole
Short upper arm (IF-329)
L & A block
std sway bar/balls all the way out
arms above level
steering in middle hole on Ackerman plate
droop/shock length = 101mm
-2* camber/2*toe out

Center
--------
6000 diff oil
46 tooth spur/13 tooth bell
3 shoe clutch - 2 carbon, 1 aluminum - 1.0 springs


Rear
------
1300 diff oil
BIG BORE SHOCKS
shock oil: Kyosho 450
white 6x1.3 pistons
fluor green springs
shock positions: upper outside hole in tower/outside on arm
std rear sway bar/balls all the way out
2 deg anti squat
3 deg toe
hubs 2/3 forward
upper hinge pin hole on hub
camber link: out on hub, lower outside hole on tower
arms just above level
droop/shock length = 127mm

big bores and front light unis installed, gonna do a Cody King BB setup to start with, I still need to make some changes. Kyosho cnc HC knuckles and a few new plastics should be here tomorrow, ride height and all that jazz isnt setup yet, will drop the RB in after I get the knuckles on
