Wish they could get c0sie's AEforum info and just transfer it to your forum, regardless...
I lost alot of info there, spent many hours writing things that disappeared.
SlayerDude, are you still in touch with few members of AEForums? Can you pass the words about rcten.com?

Thanks

LOOKING for a track to race your SC10GT?

Found two tracks that are willing to run Nitro 2wd SC class if 3 or more show up OR they will let you race in their MOD/Open ele class. Both first class tracks and crew.

What I remember from the SC10, diff outer bearings and the diff is widder.

Have had CVD's on both of my GT2's

Put hex's on the rear last month on the GT2SC, as soon as I get the front parts will have hex's on the front.

Picco .12 (I got two)

http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00...=ALT1NA3QKOLTZ

If you get one you will need to go to AE web site and download a copy of how to hookup a slide carb for a GT.

Also doesn't come with a glow plug or airfilter!!!

Thank you! A guy at our LHS said that the T4 cvd's would not fit. Nice to that they do. Any mods needed?

The T4 CVD's are a little long.

The BIG problem with T4 CVD's is that they are reduced just before the ball that fit's in the diff, so they are a bit weaker there and the balls do break off.

Don't put any washers on the axles on the trans side of the axle hubs.

I have had to dremal part of the ball off so they don't bottom out into the diff, on one GT2.

===

MIP did make a CVD for the GT2 that has a shorter bone.

Maybe someone can answer this bit.

Can you put T4 axles on MiP cvd's, looks like this could be done. IF so this would be a GREAT upgrade for the SC10GT also!!!

well since it looks like people are still useing the quick change hubs on the t4 you can still get the quick change wheels from jconcepts. and they are still all over ebay too.

i got one more question about engines. does it matter if the engine was made for on road or off road for these trucks? i have never seen a rear exhaust off road engine before only on road engines.
