Info about the diff fluid
When you guys say 80wt gear oil is that the same as 80w-90 because I can't find a straight 80wt gear oil. Also when you say 20 in the center diff is that 20,000wt as I haven't seen any just 20,000wt diff oil and on the rear is that 3-5000(wt). I just want to make sure I'm getting the correct stuff. You guys are alot of help. thanks for the input. If you could give me a brand name I'll order some as none of my LHS have anything close to what I need as faras diff oils and very limited selection of shocks oils.

You are corect 20,000wt center and 3 through 5000wt rear. I use associated fluids everywhere on all of my cars. Mcran thanks, I saw a few places that the cnc knuckles from Cen work also on those other trucks, so I am wondering if it is vice versa because the kyosho cnc knuckles are less than 1/2 the price of the cen ones. I would much rather have the Cen ones but funds arent the greatest right now, just bought tons of everything to get ready for my season which starts this weekend and forgot I wanted those knuckles. I stripped a stock one just wrenching last week. I had spare cast ones but dont want to hassle with that anymore. Hey Tree whats up with the body mounts? My rears are set up the same but whats up with the fronts. And I agree, nice truck..

Diff cases
I ordered Genes cross pin diff comversion kit, along with 7, 20, 3 diff oil today. I kinda wanted to get the pros and cons of using the alumunim diff casses vs the plastic ones. I have both types in my kit. I also odered a set of his turn buckles.

I have the production BCE Chassis in stock for the Matrix TR Arena. It is hard anodized and looks sweet. Call or e-mail to order one.

The Knuckles to the 7.5 will fit and work on the TR... however it has been said on here and on other places that they can change the geometry slightly!!.. I ran them on mine and they were okay, but it did seem to lose some steering response..but I also changed to 22* hubs at the same time.. so its kind of a toss up..

Thanks guys perfect answers. I really dont want the kyosho parts just was wondering cause my $ has been alittle funny lately getting my trucks ready for my season. I hope the cast ones will last a week or 2. Then I will be fine. Will the plastic diff cases work with the stock crosspins? My trug has metal cases with crosspins but would much rather use plastic. Also has anybody had brake fade on the stock pads possibly because of dirt?I just recently did my first teardown and clean, but made shure I didnt get anything on the brakes. I dont know what they are made of and would like to know if I can spray them with Nitroblast? And if not what do I do to get the grab I used to have?
