the radio tray is the one that comes with the msr 777 kit, as for the posts for the radio tray IDK where they came from.

Hey guys,

Just wanted to say after reading all that i could from this site and some others, I have decided to sale off all of my Jammin's and move over to CEN.

I get of my both my kits tomorrow. hopefully i can get 1 of them built to race this weekend.

I am curious if i can use some extra Jammin parts that i have, Can i use the 17 mm wheel hubs? if so can i use the same wheels with the standard Jammin off set?

Thank's for all of the helpfull information.

The 17mm hubs won't fit. Get the Matrix or Mugen ones. Yes you can use the same wheels & Tires.
The center diff will fit right in and the servo saver. Everything else is different.

to run the Jammin hubs you will need some mm shims.. get a few washers from the hardware store.. and then shim from there..

I used 1 rubber washer (plumbing) and 1 shim per front
and 1 metal washer and 1 shim per rear......I would get a few though JIC

Jammin hubs use a 2.5mm pin, CEN uses a 3mm pin - they won't fit.

Yes they can be drilled out, but it will be easier to just use the cen 17mm hubs

nice setup of the TR.
i actually in the middle of forcing our LHS here to bring in the Arena TR so that i buy from them. Im not sure ordering from USA can save me cost. I can't wait to try all of the recommended setups and mods by u all.
geez... keep this thread alive. the next time i come here, i probably posted a new TR picture

well not sure if anyone else tried this but when i used to have my TR i used the Matrix "Buggy" rear Axles so there wasn't as many "Shims" and used Thunder Tiger hubs to use 17mm rims...but i heard of a few using the Mugen ones? i never seen them?? but understood they worked well.....

It is just a avatar I put up to support CEN, I'm not sponsored or anything like that. I don't want to mislead anyone, I'm just a average racer that loves the sport.

My only sponsor is my back pocket

I hope someday to pick up a sponsor ,but I need to improve on my driving

Oh.. geeze you guys caught me.. I did drill them out and put a 3mm drill blank in the pins place.. blank was only around 2$ through mcmaster.

Your machine buddy can probly help with that..

Sorry.. i missed that large step .. but all in all I was out with 17mm hubs for around 15 after shipping and about 30mins of work...
