Can someone tell me where I can find the latest setup sheets for the factory team rc8b. Ive checked team asc site and there was only 2 on there. I know there are some newer setups out but I cant seem to find them.

Thanks

Everyone still runs the 10 hole set up. Everybody but me and a few others any ways.

If you look at RC8 there are 2. If you look at RC8B there are far more. The sight could be far better on the set-up side. Then again I'm not the one keeping the sight up to date. Maybe it's a lot of work. It would be nice to see more in there.

The team only has 1-2 setups they run everywhere. The only thing they change is the rear chamber link, shock oil and springs.

These are the two they run:
Cav's http://67.199.85.166/racing/setups/r...lenge_2010.pdf
Maifield's http://67.199.85.166/racing/setups/r...rnats_2009.pdf

As for as us "average Joe's" we run a different shock package. 1.3 x 8 30-35w ae oil all the way around or Shane's 1.25 x 5 27.5 Losi oil front and 1.35 x 5 32.5 Losi oil rear.

What would you recommend for someone who has the Original RC8 with BB w/Ghea 1.3mm X 8 pistons? Lipo in Back. Will have the servo and battery tray in the future.

I've been running Shane's and I like it really well!

Try mounting the battery like this in the mean time. http://www.rctech.net/forum/attachme...ps-rc8-bat.jpg

If you have those pistons I would use them for now. I would also upgrade to the new rear tower too. This is the biggest improvement by far! For everything else I would use Cav's setup. Shane's shocks would be better is you have some blank pistons to drill out.

Go over the the left where it says select your buggy and switch that to rc8b. There's around 20 setups.

With the Original RC8 and BB w/Bronze spring I am having trouble getting the front down to bones level. It sits way high with no turns on the spring collar.

Don't go by the bones. Measure from the flat part of the chassis (under steering posts) to the table top. Should be between 28-31mm depending on the track and setup you run.

I will use my AE ride height gauge. I have around 35mm with no preload up front. The rear is fine.
