As far as tires goes, I think we all had different tires on in the sprint car class and they seemed to hook up pretty well with very little tire wear...
The dominator burnt up a set of street traks, but that could be car setup.
It was a lot of fun with everyone talking on the drivers stand, unlike the carpet racing..
Speedy most of us are leaving on Friday for the MDRA finals in KC...

We will be there Saturday with a field of street stocks. We will be there week in and week out.
Anyone that did not make it out last week please join us this Saturday as we work hard to promote and create new growth in our local dirt oval racing scene. It was a blast in all classes last weekend!

Uhhhh, thanks Fred.... 
Possibly I need to re-think the coverage I've provided of Midwest events for many years - after all, retirement would allow more time to suck as a driver!!! I'm a bit shocked and wonder if the photos I've had published over the years were really that bad; after all, the editors who have published them thought they were good enough....
Let's see, Chili Bowl Jr. for the last 5 years; KDOC for the last 8 or so.... Nationals held in both Omaha and Lincoln...
And a National recently held in Omaha in the new facility - which was admittedly one of the geatest challenges I've faced in quite some time.....
BUT, Steve is truly great in my opinion - I'm one of his biggest fans!!!!!

Who is all gonna be at the track Saturday morning for oval racing? I know quite a few are going to fastlane, I still might go to that, but if I dont go to fastlane, I was just wondering who is gonna be there with their late models? Thanks
