Moving right along , Alex will practicing in the new building be free or is the plex gonna offer a daily or yearly membership type thing? Cuz I can see spending an awful lot of time up there in the winter...

North side footing are done. Sewer line is done. Water main is almost done. South footings start next week.

You said something about a sewer line so are you adding bathrooms so that you don't need to go back to the pit area or store each time?

Also, this building will just cover the track and you are not adding pit space right? What about the announcers booth, upgrading that at all?

The existing sewer line has to be encased in concrete for the building to be built on top of it. No new pit spaces we will continue to pit where the carpet track is and I believe there will be a new announcers booth.
