You'll end up with a Truggy MT. Like the ARRMA Kraton. I think you're going to need more parts to make it work. Like the center driveshafts.
Front center drive shaft is the same. I cross checked part number. Just need the rear center shaft. |

Just look for the "T"
I might do the same, but I'll run it a bit before deciding to switch to the longer chassis. |
I think the "T" is a hint that you can have a ETMT!
Hard to chose which MT body using the ET chassis |

In case anyone was wondering, the white truck in the promo video is running the ET chassis. We did this to show other possible setups. It's running the AE Rival body, Pro-Line 40 Series Trencher Tires on zero offset wheels, and AE hex extenders. I only installed the hex extenders because the tires are incredibly tall and the the wheels are zero offset, they rubbed the body at full steering lock otherwise.
Would the 1/2" Offset Trencher need the AE extenders? |

How long before an ET48-MT kit? |
All but the xxl2 bodies are out of stock :(

Yes exactly. I want a HUGE MT. I don't like the Aarma as it's not a kit and seems overly complicated to work on. I like to tinker too much.
Front center drive shaft is the same. I cross checked part number. Just need the rear center shaft. Although the ARRMA Kraton is not a kit. It is based off of the Team Durango DEX8T race Truggy. They are one of the easiest rigs to work on. The access to the diffs are awesome. The Tekno will surely be a great addition to this MT segment. |

Yup, that's what you'll get.

Hard to chose which MT body using the ET chassis You can also use a Yeti Jeep Rubicon body by Proline and retain the wing. Which is the other body I used on my DEX8T-MT. From this. http://i1053.photobucket.com/albums/...pspfqqnwkk.jpg Too this. HPI Gigantic body. http://i1053.photobucket.com/albums/...psuuq7cmk9.jpg And this. Yeti body. http://i1053.photobucket.com/albums/...pspr1iysrz.jpg Finally this. http://i1053.photobucket.com/albums/...psnafguamx.jpg http://i1053.photobucket.com/albums/...pspvw4oka5.jpg http://i1053.photobucket.com/albums/...psmm54agoq.jpg http://i1053.photobucket.com/albums/...psqxkav0yy.jpg http://i1053.photobucket.com/albums/...psodf0re69.jpg Which should be able to be done on a ET48-MT conversion. |
I think my raptor body should also fit with the ET chassis. I'm going to try that first.

Almost hit the buy it now button till i read this. So confused now. Isn't what you described a ET48.3 w/40 Series tires? I guess my question is why get a 410 and then change it back to what it grandad is?
I think the mt410 is marketed as a 1/10th scale. You can get the et48 if that's where you want to start. Getting the mt410 and buying the additional ET parts is about the same as buying the ET48.3. |

If it is the same one that is like the white one a few post back it will be to short. But if you include the wing it may work. |

I really don't like the losi body. That's the only body that's available that will fit the Truggy chassis. |
