that’s might get you to steer while in motion but the Protek 170TBL will be what you really want. Or any other aluminum cased 400oz+ servo

no. They'll fit in the diff cases, but the outdrives won't fit the drive shafts, and the gearing isn't the same. They won't stand up to oversized tires for long either, especially if they have the plastic cross pins

Post some pics of this if you can. This is what's preventing me from doing the conversion. I've heard most bodies wont fit properly.

If you cut about 1/8" off the tip, makes the hole bigger and the oil flows out easily...

Thinking about purchasing a MT410 kit, in doing so are there any essential upgrades or aftermarket parts needed? If not essential what upgrades are beneficial. Figure if I am going to build a new kit I might as well incorporate from the get go.

Thank you much

buy the tekno aluminum servo horn. It is the only thing that's a "must" . Maybe the steel spur. And the tekno pinion gears are great also.

Thank you much Blair this is good to know one does not need to drop an additional 200 to 300 in upgrade parts. What is the biggest motor you can install without making any mods
