I have a TMaxx that I converted to electric with a Castle Sidewinder 8th scale. I was wondering if anyone else has done this and if so, how fast was the truck after the conversion and what gearing was used?

I've done a Revo to e-revo. Once you go brushless, you never go back. Power is incomparable.

I like the motor im just not sure what gearing I need to go with. Im looking at a Robinson Racing Slipper Clutch part #7854 with a pinion gear part #8626. Im not sure if it will work on the truck. I think that I will need to switch to the slipper clutch that traxxas offers and then upgrade that unit to the Robinson Racing unit.
