I posted this on the Arrma forum with no replies so I thought I'd try my luck here. My new truck has stopped working. It sputters then goes then stops and sputters. I pulled the motor and took video it's here.

It's still hooked to the actual esc and truck. Has the motor gone bad already? Help?

It was the red wire coming off the ESC to the motor bad Solder job by the manufacturer. Hope that might help someone else.

Cool had no idea that would cause the motor to act like that. Makes sense though. Did you just wiggle the wire around and find the short?
