Axial .28, OS Speed, Werks, Nova, traxxsucks ETC.. everything has to be checked, it dosen't matter what engine is in it.

Tank, tank lid gasket, tank clunk, is the tank clunk clogged up, is the fuel tube submerged in fuel in the tank, are the fuel filters clogged, is it new fuel line, is the carb leaking, is the carb bolt tight, is the carb cracked, does the engine have any pinch left ETC ETC.... You have to troubleshoot the whole thing.

I agree with ^ that..

But to go a little further, is the fuel reaching the carb? If so, it might be that the carb is gunked up and needs cleaned.. If you are getting fuel to the carb but it's not letting it through, i would take the carb off and clean it good, i just took mine apart and did the same thing to a .32 RR 1, it's pretty easy.....

Actually, if it were me, i would tear the engine down and inspect everything with it being used and give it a good cleaning, even if it dont need it, that way you have every part in your hand inspecting it while cleaning it..
