Default Forward Only Conversion For Mini MGT?

What do I need to remove from the transmission to get rid of the reverse gears on the Mini MGT? I've seen reference to this but cannot find any directions on what specifically has to be pulled. Anyone done this and have some input?

This might not be ideal for some people, but what I did was just make a small bracket, or use a piece of stiff wire and lock the reverse shift arm in position. For the spur gear I locked it in position by removing the grub screw, drilling a hole and using a longer screw to lock it.

You can see the screw in this pic, in the blue part near the spur gear.

Thanks, I saw the screw to lock the clutch already and was going that route. I also saw a thread about just locking the reverse selector but I don't really like that idea. I saw a thread on an Australian site that talked about removing reverse gears and adding ball bearings to take up the slack but am waiting approval for that forum to ask more questions.

Here are some links I have collected on this:
http://www.rctech.net/forum/electric...oject-com.html
http://plaig.com.au/phpbb/viewtopic.php?f=19&t=9842
That should give you some ideas. I've just started mine.
