I like The CPE links, ran them for 2 seasons with no problems. Not too sure on the price.

cpe's machined lower links are pretty strong, stonger then standard links. but anything will break if you beat on it hard enough.

i like the machined links because it's easier to mount the shocks and they look cool.

the lower links on my terminator a page or two back are cpe's machined units.
i think they are about 50 bux for 4.

That looks like a fun event. What types of classes do you folks run at the event. Thanks for posting the cool pics.

the event is put on by the rcmtrs (rc monster truck racing series), it's alot like full size monster jam.
this event was small compared to their other events, this was not a points event. in this event they had pro mod trucks (modded clods, txt's, homebrew) and a retro renegades class whish is new, stock clods, usa-1's, and other trucks of the 80's.

the rcmtrs-ny races have other classes, stock solid axle, pro mod, unlimited(run what you brung type of class), independant suspension class.

pro mod is the most popular though.

Default Custom 4 link

I know some people have made custom 4 link suspensions. Does anyone know where I can find a tutorial? I'm going to make my own customer chassis and suspension (no, it's not going to be fancy, I don't have the tools for it). I'm going to use angle, channel and some 1/4" round tubing. I think I have a design for the links, but I wanted to confirm.
