That clod is insane!! Tell us about it. Makes me want to get mine out of the box and start wrenching on it again.

Here is a quick write-up JC did on this exact truck: https://blog.jconcepts.net/2018/05/i...e-macho-truck/

The only meaningful change I've made was switching the low-profile Protek servo out for a Tekin T-360 and LMT servo saver for a little more durability. I also removed the 3d printed body mounts and used standard side posts. Beachline is a really large layout and that big double was pretty tough for a clod, but with a few tweaks I think I could get it looking a bit better out there! Most of the tracks we run on are smaller for more realistic elimination style races, but I enjoy running full packs on an offroad track much more than a 10 second run.

I agree we been running monstercross style heats at Train's and it looks like a ton of fun. Most guys are running the losi lmt. I don't think the drive lines and suspension are working out on carpet. I always wanted to get my clod out to run it but I didn't think it would be durable enough. You really got that thing setup it looks as good as a solid axle truck can look on a track.

Just acquied a Clodzilla IV, what diff oil do you run for racing? I'm going to completely rebuild this thing along with some custom parts (ESC and battery trays, rear lockout and front servo mount)

Nice score on the Clodzilla :tire:
