i cant get the carb off. I removed the nut and started pulling away. No luck. Put some wd40 in it and it still wont budge.

Can you move it at all? As it move it around?

i can turn the carb easily. But it just wont move up and out of the crankcase

tap the pin over a bit....if you can spin it then the pin that clamps it down needs to line up right. the pin has a radius cut in it that is the same as the carb. get it lined up and you should be in business.
