I have a set of 6 lug wheels I’m trying to find an adapter for. Something to fit on a 12mm hex. The ones from jconcepts hole pattern is too large.

Holes across from each other are about 17mm apart and the adjacent ones look like about 6mm apart.

Any suggestions are appreciated.
