(40-20=20) stock e-maxxes do about 20. and in order for e-maxxes to do that you need alot of money into it and getting into maintenance like nitros ontop of batteries. and they actually used 1 motor which wouldnt change top speed, the truck couldnt be driven with both, too much torque it wouldnt keep the front wheels on the ground. and dont assume your revo was doing 45 mph on the straight, r/c's are more difficult to determine speed by lookin at them because once you put an r/c next to a full size car and do 40 it looks completely different. and the revo will spin its tires on a track whereas speed runs are done on pavement.

and i still think a savage is a better truck for bashers
I never argued the savage's ability at bashing until the LST2 came out i told everyone to get one for bashing but now they fixed all the weak points in it and it is now just as capable

look into your facts before you quote a stock emaxx does more than 20mph this i can tell you for sure.

the truck can and has been driven with both

i didnt say my revo but the revo in question was doing 45+ and again please do your homework before you speak if your spinning your tires on a track then it either needs to be watered or your setup is off,or your just pushing it to hard

trust your spinning tires no matter what, even on pavement. although i havent seen it but like i said......you can watch a r/c car go 35 and be like "wow thats fast thats like 45mph!!" then a car drives by doing 30-40 mph (which looks quite slow might i add) then youll see how fast (or slow) your truck or car is goin. ubt i think we are gtting off topic, we are kind of dragging the threads from their original purpose so if youd like to make our own 'private' thread for beating on each other with then go ahead

Not bashing you just saying speak of what you know first hand not what you think you know, and that was not a shot

and im well aware of the difference but i have been racing long enough to look at two vehicles going down the track to get a pretty good estimate of speed.
