Richfield Racing!

Loosecanon - If you go South out of HW's lot take your first left. Follow this all the way to Cedar. (it will merge with diagonal blvd, lft) take a left on the frontage road, and you will see it on your left.

Second year!!
Yes! Richfield racing is Back!
A New Year and hopefully more racers!
Come all!!
You’re all welcome to watch\participate.
The focus however is fun in organized fashion and winers need not apply.
And Yes I may even thrown my radio for your enjoyment!
This year we plan to have several race nights where the winners of each class may even win a large money purse.
The Classes are as follows: ($5.00 per class)
1/10 Scale Nitro Touring Sedan - (No limits (i.e. run what you "brung") racing but the car needs to be identified as a 1/10 scale 4wd Nitro Touring Sedan).
1/10 Scale Electric Touring Sedan - (No limits (i.e. run what you "brung") racing but the car needs to be identified as a 1/10 scale 4wd Electric Touring Sedan).
Everything Else - (No limits (i.e. run what you "brung") racing). This class is for those people who just want to race/compete against others. There is no designated type of vehicle for this class. This means we could have 1/8 scale buggies racing HPI micro's, it just doesn’t matter cause in this class it doesn’t matter if you win by and inch or a mile...winning is WINNING! Intention for this is fun nothing more nothing less.
As far as lap counting is concerned, all lap counting is done via a Laptop, using manual entry with car numbers. It isn’t an exact science but currently it is all we have.
The entry fee is $5.00 per class.
Racing is slated to start Sunday (weather permitting maybe even earlier) the third week of April (4/20) and continue through out the summer on Sundays till it gets to cold to play.
Start date: (4/20) Sunday @ 11:00 Am practice
12:00 Pm Qualifying
(3 heats, 1 main)
For more info contact:
Shawn C. @ 651 848 2730 [email protected]

Gordy Perham @ (TSI) 612-861-1666.
Thanks for looking,
Sincerely,

Soo, last year I promised myself not to go there again after driving to Richfield for 2 races in a row and noone was there. Can we count on races being held when they are supposed to this year? Can I race my 1/5 scale F1 car on the open class? Just a few questions that come to mind...

more tracks = more racers = better racers = better tracks = way more fun
#43
Agreed ammdrew. Try this one: open class=.15 engine+outlaw pipe+30% nitro+ trigger happy driver = plenty broken parts+ a lot of fun....
#44
April 20 for race start, wow, I better start building a car....
#45
A Day closer to the start
.. MMMMMMM can you smell the scent of nitro in the air? =0P
The season looks to be a good one as there is allot of interest! Pass olong this message to all the racers you know .. The racing will be on in Richfield .. Yeah baby Yeah....
Mr. Molzer if you had a problem last year with the racing please bring it too Gordy to talk about Or just dont race with us, as most of the people that come to Richfield Racing are not out to win the nationals, we are a fun bunch who like to have fun and enjoy our sunday racing season. But dont get me wrong .. You are more then welcome to come a participate in the festivities.. just please dont be so sharp to judge someone with out thier representation.... (I.e. Gordy is not on here to defend himself)
Peace!
