Stopped out at the track today. Gill and Jason had the Drivers stand built, and the offroad pit lane up. We measured, staked, and painted all the lanes out.

Oval will be on the right side.

Thanks Ben for posting the pics and for the help laying out the track. as far as track size will be fine for 1/10 scale my old track was 80 x 160 in tea and with all the space between the lanes for conrer marshals to stand driving line distance will actually be no different. It is going to be a fun track. Thanks Jason

Good to have another track in SF. Maybe we can get a Dakota Series running again.

Thanks Jon look forward to getting some racing again with the Noth Dakota guys. Tracks coming around good. Weather has been ok minus the Wind. Will try and get some new pics up. Off-road and Oval are cut in really starting to look like a track. Everyone will have to thank Gil Haugan, he is the reason tracks are coming together. Thanks Jason

You guys had a gentleman ask earlier if you were going to build a handicap ramp. If this is built in a county park you might want to check the local codes. You may have to make it ADA which is not a bad thing. I know down here in florida we have a couple handicapped racers that race regularly so at our local track we installed a ramp for them, now everyone uses the ramp(might as well take the stairs down) Granted it was only two guys out of a 100 but it was worth it. Just sayin. I might be up that way in late june for a family reunion. Got me thinkin I need to bring some Florida truggy talent your way JK Would be nice to run on some different soil though.

I will get some updated pics this week. You will be impressed with the progress!

Im sure there is plans for a ramp of some sort... We kinda have a "2-level" drivers stand. Maybe the bottom would work.

Thanks ben for updated pics keep forgetting to bring out the camera. Gil and I have both discussed a ramp. and if a need would arise Gil has stated we could add ramp or come up with other means for some one in a Wheel chair. Thanks for Feed back. Got New lap counting system ordered today so will be here with in the nxt week. We will run what ever cars make up a 3 car field. Electric or Gas. I know Gil and I both feel racing is for fun and no one would be turned away so we can always find a place for anyone to race in a class. Hopefully get some dry days by weekend so can get some more jumps built. Thanks Jason

Free bump for a great track coming to one of my Favorite cities! Keep the momentum.

Too bad no one makes a quality rc snowmobile, you guys could do something different in the winter. lol
