I ran 24/81 gearing in stock buggy all day on Saturday in my B3, I was running a P2K with 4499 brushes and the red+/green- springs. I think I could have geared down one tooth, the motor was pretty warm after the race, but I had no problems clearing any jumps. So try 23-24/81 in a B3 w/P2K, and 21-22/81 with a green machine or P2K2.
