sponge, its not that hard , a hour & a dremel is all it takes...
If you need more detail on the rear camber let me know...

Sippp.... Aaaah....., the good old days....
crazy (pokie) , I just want you guys to have more fun....
A little info can help....

Steve, a few of the fast guys do run a spacer in ft...( shock washer)
I don`t.... but its a perferance kind of thing...

B-3 update = a B-4

But, try the RPM spring cups on the ft shocks with da blue springs...
It lets you use alot less preload on the spring, it helps , try.....
They look kool, go for the neon yellow ones...
( watch other b-3 driver go..., Hey ! Where you get those`s ???)
Me myself , I won`t take um off...They are sweet !!

G-man , so sorry ,no digital, everytime I get enought to buy one , I spend it on more car stuff...

But it would`nt be much of a pic anyway, its just a extra hole inside the stardard hole most use....

Oooo, yeah, its not my mod, Its Billys....
When Travis showed up for our Gold Cup race he was using it & the ft end as well....

Travis was also running taper pins on ft of the truck ,minus the outside row`s of pins on each side of the tire.. This takes out some of the twichieness out , for smoother steering....
If your track gets a groove up ,try the taper`s up ft....

I tried holeshots up front last night, they worked real well !!! One of those mistake glue jobs. They added steering, so a longer rear camber link mod may keep the back end in line.

Spongebob, 1st one = Pu-yall-up,, damm you are good...

Yeah , Its a smaller town name after the Indian Tribe here in Tacoma, they use to fish Salmon, now they are realing in da bucks with Casino`s, a member nows gets $4000 a month, tax free....

Gman, try trimming the outside & inside edge of the tire, that might smooth them out ....

I have tried out the tapers that way, they are even smoother then the 8 ribs....

Default T3 SET-UP AT TCHR

Give this a try, I tried it in practice on Sat. morning but didn't get to race it since there were no other mod trucks. Kyle Kane switched to pretty much this set-up, I think for the last two qualifiers and was on TQ pace in the last qualifier, but wrecked on the last lap!

FRONT:30 wt
#2 piston
silver springs
no limiters
outside on tower
middle on arm
middle camber link
30 deg castor blocks
6220 front axles
edge M3 front tires w/ stock foam
-1 deg camber

REAR:30 wt
#1 piston
silver springs
no limiters
middle on tower
camber link: inside on chassis/outside on hub carrier
hub in middle of arm
1.5 deg anti-squat
battery in middle of chassis
holeshots M3 w/trinity grey foam

Start with no weight in the front bulkhead, add 1/4 oz. if it feels like you need more steering. I wouldn't go more than 1/2 oz. with this set-up.

I haven't tried any of the set-up tips that WC posted here, it seems pretty stiff for our track, although the longer rear link would probably help.

I ran this set-up in stock truck on Saturday. Used a P2K geared 19/87, 4499 brushes, red green springs. This is about the best all-around set-up I have found for the T3 at TCHR. I ran 1/4 oz. weight in front. Best run was in the main 11/5:21.

Steve , Billy`s setup is a bit stiff, We ran the T-3 that stiff cus we were running slicks at the time...
I still use the same set-up right now , however I have gone to 25w all around cus the track I`m racing on right now is really bumpy....

Our track is hard packed black dirt, it's pretty smooth but there are some bumps. We try and keep it wet but the layout has not been changed for a while. M3 compound tires work much better than the Losi compounds, although there is not as much traction as blue groove or a slick track. I plan on trying Easton's set-up you posted(with lighter oil), but haven't gotten around to it yet.

Default RC10B3 set-up changes

Silver front springs
30 deg. castor blocks

Make these two changes to the set-up I have posted on this thread for the new dirt. I think you'll like it!!!

Thumbs down Steve Nelson-

Hi, my name is Eric,

I was wondering what set-up you use for the TC3 on off-road tracks? Particularly tracks with huge jumps, alot of loose dirt, and possibly a mud hole. Also, what is the best grip for car hurling?

Thanks for your time!
Best Regards, Eric Swanson
